Mint Buttercream:
- ⅓
cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- ⅓
cup shortening
- 1
tsp peppermint extract
- 6
to 8 drops green food coloring
- 2
cups powdered sugar
- 2
to 3 tsp water or milk for thinning the frosting to desired consistency
